its been a long time
Hmm title makes me want to listen to Black Label Society. Alas I digress in the first sentence. How odd.
Well it’s true I havent posted anything in a while. I could lie and say that it’s because of work or something. That’d be a half truth, I have been working totally daft hours like 7.30am starts. Or working twilight shifts, so my sleep patterns are screwed up. However prior to this week I had five days off due to a lack of hours being available at work. So I do and I don’t have an excuse for writing nothing.
Sorry I have to change channels. The french guy on Gilmore girls is doing my fucking head in, his accent is horrendous, is he even French?
Well anyway there isn’t really much happening in my life at the moment besides work. Its pay day today though, so I might look at buying some new books or a DVD or something. Although, apparently my mums friend has been spending all of my money on a birthday present for my mum :D
My brother walked into my room today and said “Carol (mums friend) has been discussing organising a trip away for mum for her birthday to manchester and wants us to book the train fairs and this and that and etc. etc.”…How nice, don’t get me wrong I do wanna get my mum something special for her birthday but something that she’d appreciate and know that It was me that put the thought into it and bought it. Instead I have a woman I barely know spending my already meagre fucking wages for me. The more I think about it, the more it annoys me. It sounds selfish but come on, its like identity theft. It happened last year aswell if I remember right…if its such a good fucking idea why doesnt she pay for it and let me approach birthday present buying from my own knowledge of what my mum likes and wants and is within my capacity of being able to afford.
Oh its another large Euro Millions lottery jackpot tonight £100,000,000 thats alot of zeros right. hehe. Spent alot of today before work thinking about what i’d spend that much money on. It’s probably pointless day dreaming but you never know ey? The only thing that could hurt my chances of winning is not playing at all.
Ah well its getting late and I want to finnish this god awful warcraft book I’m reading at the moment so I can start something else. So good night folks
