crazy weather
Well I’ve just returned from the other side of town. I went to hand in a CV for a part time Job over there, It’s only friday and saturday and the money is better than nothing. Especially until I’ve seen the doctor on monday. But damn the weather today is crazy.
I put off going out this morning after some really forboding thick grey clouds blew in and sort of hung around as if to expect Rain. They didn’t. They blew off harmlessly and the sun came out again. But the wind kicked up quite a bit, and my body was so confused as I walked across town. The sun on my back was making me really hot but the breeze blowing into my face was quite cool, and so, as soon as I stepped into the store I was applying to. I began sweating like crazy as my body’s “thermostat” had a bit of fit. And sweating was the last thing I wanted going into the place. I had styled myself up a bit before going out, but of course the wind blew my hair all to hell anyway. Add sweat and you have something quite unhygenic looking and unworthy of a job. Thank You weather.
Going home again wasn’t much better. The sun was in my face walking back making me feel even hotter and the breeze against my dampening back, was giving me chills. So, when I stepped into the porch, I was sweating like crazy, now I’ve changed clothes with a cool drink I’m trying to convince my body of the correct temperature.
